According to the caption, the three are Hitler (back is to the camera) and "Field-Marshals" Goering (left) and von Blomberg (center).

That's who the people are in that picture (h1), but that's not Haus Wachenfeld. That is the Goellhaeusl, commonly called (in those days) the Dietrich Eckart Haus. The house is located at Hinterbrand, near the Obersalzberg.
