WHW sarcastic acronym

I undstand many began to suspect the funds being collected for the WHW were being secretly diverted toward the military’s expansion or were being embezzled by corrupted Nazi officials and people began to sarcastically converted the WHW acronym into We are still starving. How would this be said in German with a WHW acronym?
