Some questions about this picture

This must be a well known picture since was published for Time magazine in November 1945.
In the bottom next page is clear the list of these persons, but since I don't have the magazine, any help with names will be appreciated. some are pretty obvious, some totally unknown for me.
But another questions arise. Why the allies took that picture like this , where some inmates looks very arrogant like Goring in the center acting as he was the new leader. is this the last picture showing Robert Ley alive? the same for Conti, in case he is pictured also. ( I can't id him) Who is the military upper left, who looks too young among these high Nazis?

It has been posted many times on the forum, but I never get tired of looking at it for some reason. Ribbentrop looks like he wants to crawl in a hole & hide in this picture. Then, Funk next to him almost looks jovial. Just my take!

It is Ernst John von Freyend, the adjutant of GFM Keitel.
