SA Collar tab and shoulder board ID help

Can anyone identify the unit (Sturm, Standarte and SA Gruppe) of this collar tab set? Is the dark green underlay on the rank shoulder board appropriate for the collar tabs?They all came together from a vet bring back supposedly. Thanks,

Collar Patches are for SA-Obersturmmann of 11. Sturm der Jägerstandarte 8, SA-Gruppe Hansa
Underlay should be of the same color...
