Here is a real nice close up of Reichsleiter Philipp Bouhler in SS Obergruppenfuhrer uniform. Anyone have a photo of Bouhler wearing his 1939 style Reichsleiter uniform?
He preferred his SS uniform to all others.

Here's a photo from the "Danziger Neueste Nachrichten", August 22, 1939, showing Bouhler wearing the 1939 Reichsleiter uniform. To his left, in civilian clothes, Arthur Greiser. To his right, in white SS uniform, Gauleiter Forster's adjutant Regierungsrat Strautmann....

I have little knowledge of the positioning of the NSDAP seniority, please can anybody tell me where Bouhler stood as Reichsleiter and Chef KdF, would he have considered himself equal to Himmler/Borman? Or would this have depended on the stage of the war ?

Presumably most of his wartime years were spent in his office at KdF, did he wear a Reichsleiter uniform in the office or civil clothes ?

Please can anybody tell me who were his Party allies and who were his Party competitors ? I believe that Goering was his patron and that there were the expected issues with Borman over power in duplicated areas.

Hard to say. Certainly shrouded him Himmler - can together drank vodka? Far both were criminals. Bouhler had on his hands the blood of the victims of the liquidation of T4 and many others ...

How could kill sick people? It was the doctor?

Peter,
-I think Bouhler and his wife sought refuge in the Goering-Lammers camp in April 1945.
