Did Fritz Wächtler have a Stabsleiter or deputy in his capacity as Leiter des Hauptamtes für Erzieher?

Definately not Wachtler but he does bear some resemblence to Alfred Proksch.

I wrote to the people who run that website many months ago and told them it was not Wächtler, but never got a reply. Can't be Proksch, Mark- this man wears the 1914 EK I, which Proksch did not. I think this is an active duty SA leader- Oberf. or Gruf.- and photo taken in 1933. Very frustrating that I can't put a name to his face.
