Alright guys, for those of you interested I have so far located a total of 50 recipients of the seldom awarded Golden HJ Honor Badge with Oakleaves. They can be found in this thread but I just compiled a current list below. I know it is often mistaken for the Golden HJ Honor Badge in photos but I have looked at each photo very closely to make sure that I could see the Oakleaf Border before placing them on the list.

I seem to recall a photo, possibly in one of the Angolia HJ books, relating to the distinguished foreigners badge, showing it being worn by a couple of people. IIRC one was the leader of Norwegian Youth and the other Spanish?
I doubt its an award thats going to have many names linked to it because of its sheer rare obscurity.
