Looking for a record of the enabling act Reichstag meeting.

I've been trying to look for a detailed account of the reichstag meeting where Hitler was given the enabling act in March, 1933. Can anyone help me?

Refer to chapter 3 of "Hitler Speeches and Proclamations 1932-1945 Volume 1" by Max Domarus (1990 translation). Beginning on page 275 is the policy statement on the Enabling Act that Hitler submitted to the Reichstag on 23rd March 1933. It runs for 10 pages. A few pages further on is the stenographic minutes of the Reichstag speech denouncing the Act made by Social Democratic deputy Otto Wels, followed by Hitler's response. These minutes run for 8.5 pages.
