even though that I've never seen a photo of him, my guess must be SS-Standartenführer Prof. Dr. Dr. Johannes Weidemann, OB Halle/Saale and I think the man with pipe in jeep must be Felix Graf von Luckner after surrender of the town in 1945, may be?
