Max Amann's Blood Order/Party Number

Does anyone have the number of Max Amann's Blood Order. He isn't listed in any book/list I have seen, yet he clearly had the award.

I'm also looking for Amann's 1921 Party Number. I know he had No. 3 in 1925, but what was his original number?

Amann had a Blutorder without number and he joined to the party in 1922 (I have the DAP List from 1920 and he is not inner) with the number 3, after the reconstruction in 1925, he keep it the number again.
