I am investigating the life of a Waffen-SS soldier called Franz-Joself Krombholz. In an interview with the CIA in the 50s he claimed to have attended a Hitler school presumably a Nationalpolitische Erziehungsanstalt (NPEA or NAPOLA) boarding school. However in fact he attended the Oberealgymnasium in Tetschen. Is there a list of Napolas and is it possible the Oberralgymnasium was one or was Krombholz wrong?

Re: NAPOLA list?
Superb. Many thanks Dwight. I think Krombholz misremebered (he makes a number of mistakes during the interview but I don't see any reason other than poor memory). Although he spoke some English I expect he may possibly have been misunderstood.
