Help identify high ranks SA officers

Gentlemen, please help me identify the officers on the background. The image features the reception of gen Russo in the hotel in Munich on 14 July 1938 during his visit to Germany. The officer under #2 seems to be Max Jüttner, let me know if I`m wrong. The other officers are not known to me. Also I`d like to know your opinion is the officer under #4 is the same man as featured on the extreme right of the next image. Thanks.
