Was Lammers a Reichsleiter

Was Hans Lammers a Reichsleiter, because I don't think Chef der Reichskanzlei is a Reichsleitung from what I have seen.

You are right, Lammers wasn't a Reichsleiter. He was Chef of the Reichskanzlei. The Reichskanzlei was the Office of the Reichskanzler (Adolf Hitler), that is the head of Government. As such Lammers held the Rank of first Staatssekretär and later on Reichsminister.
