There were a combination of health problems that Hitler faced which were exacerbated due to his prevalent drug use and the extreme wartime stress that he was under. Hitler suffered from Parkinson’s disease as well, and he was already mentally ill throughout most of his lifetime so he really had three things going against his overall health.

The drugs that Theodor Morell was providing him with definitely contributed to his accelerated decline, and you can see there is a list of 34 different substances on his wikipedia page that were administered to Hitler during his tenure as his personal doctor.

The fact that Morell was injecting so much methamphetamine into Hitler over time indicates that this was probably the main contributing factor to his unhealthy body. If you look at photos of habitual meth users you will see that Hitler suffers the same physical deterioration over a period of long use.

Hitler's diet was most likely not a contributing factor, it may have been the only healthy thing he was doing for himself.
