Allgemeine SS "Bölts" ?

I am asking for a former "Allgemeine SS" member with the german last name "Bölts".

Background: In our childhood years, the old man worked for a local company in my hometown of Bad Zwischenahn, he took the day's mail to the post office, etc.
The stories at the time were something like:
"SS, long in Russian captivity", released ten years after the war, bla bla bla...

The man, who was already old at that time, was tall, had a sharply cut face.
The man always wore a black beret, and never spoke a single word.

We children were told at that time not to tease the man, or even to speak to him.
The old man was well known, but no one talked about this man.

I still remember that face, that sternness, never a laugh, not a single word, the man was like a ghost to us children....

P.S. Today it is very clear to me why the former war criminals were simply "hushed up" in the neighborhood, even in our childhood years...
The paradise of the successful lends itself perfectly to a hell for the unsuccessful. (Bertold Brecht on Hollywood)
