Just to correct the record, Christian Weber certainly never threw himself in front of Hitler at the Feldherrnhalle in 1923. Weber was not one of the marchers (given his body size this may not be a surprise); he and some others were busily "expropriating" vehicles while the march was taking place. He subsequently returned the "borrowed" vehicles after the Putsch collapsed. In the aftermath of the uprising, he was sentenced to a minor term for car theft, not for treason.
Ulrich Graf caught several bullets while protecting Hitler from gunfire at the Feldherrnhalle.

Re: Holders of Blutorden
In a very long report of KdS Galizien, Lemberg, Abt III A4, dated 14 May 1943, it says "Der Landkommissar von Grodek [Generalgouvernement] und Blutordensträger Steyert".
I know nothing more about him.

SS-Ustuf. Josef Steyert is mentioned in The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Encyclopedia of Camps and Ghettos, 1933-1945, Volume II: Ghettos in German-Occupied Eastern Europe. Here are the pages.
