Have you had any luck indentifying this fellow.
I have been searching through my books and have only came across names of Reichsarbeitsdienst officers. There seems to be a lack of any attributable photos.
My curiosity has been piqued now and I NEED an answer.

Hello,
He seems to be a Generalarbeitsführer.

Believe it or not I am still trying to work this one out.

Info on the RAD heirachy is not the easiest thing to find.

If I ever have a win I will advise.

Obergeneralarbeitsfuhrer Hans Baumann?

Here's a guess (based on very poor quality profile image in "Die Grossdeutsche Reichstag" handbook of 9. Nov. 1943):

Obergeneralarbeitsfuhrer / Major a.D. Hans Baumann (born 23. March 1875 in Amberg / Oberpfalz).

I give up.

Can not even offer an educated guess.

The RAD hierarchy is not the easiest of subjects to obtain info on (as I have found out).

Yes, this is Baumann. He died on 05.08.1951 in Frohnloh.

Hi there

this is not Baumann !!!!!
It is the AGF Arbeitsgauführer AG VI Schwerin Mecklenburg Ludwig Schroeder- after 3 years I'm new in the forum, but this mistake can`t stand for the next years.

Thank you, Herr Jonas, for the valuable correction.

And welcome to the Forum! I am sure your proven knowledge of the Reichsarbeitsdient will be of great benefit to us all.

Hello Michael, my old friend (lange nichts mehr von einander gehört).

You are right. This is Ludwig Schröder. Baumann was a mistake by me.
