In the case of Africa, it would probably just have become a big pit of natural resources for the Nazis, and they would only use it as such, except for a small number of military bases.
The only large population centers recognized as "civilized" by the Nazis would have been in South Africa, where the Afrikaaner population (of Dutch, German and French Hugenot descent) was largely pro-Nazi. The other whites, the British, were also fairly respected by the Nazis.
