Really Himmler? I mean did he really start to get bald that early? And most important thing is why I don't think it's Himmler, cause he hasn't shaved his hair off on the back of his head.

It's definitely Himmler. It's a well known photo.

That is Max Sesslemann and Hans Streck on the left of the photo. Streck marched in the first row with Hitler and Sesselmann in the second row during the annual march to the Feldherrnhalle every November 9th.

Himmler? What about his armband : Not the late SS armband nor even the early Reichsführer Three Stripes armband he wore.

I concur completely with Max's ID of Himmler. During the annual march to the Feldherrnhalle the participants always wore their standard brownshirts including Himmler on most occasions. Only once, that I recall seeing him wearing his SS uniform. These men shown above were always in the first two rows with Hitler, including Himmler who was always on the far end of row one on Hitler's left.
