When Hitler travelled to the front, who typically accompanied him?

On March 13, 1943, for example, Hitler flew to Saporozhe to visit the headquarters of Field Marshal von Manstein. He only stayed a few hours, but I know that three airplanes made the trip (not including the fighter escort). Who would have been in those three airplanes? And who would have ridden in Hitler's own private plane?

I imagine Hitler's various adjutants (Armed Forces, Army, Navy, Air Force, and SS) would have been along on the trip, as would Hitler's SS bodyguard (the RSD).

Would Bormann have accompanied the Fuehrer too? Would Jodl and/or Zeitzler? Would members of the Army's Fuehrer-Begleit-Kommando? If so, who would have ridden in Hitler's private airplane and who would have been relegated to the other planes?

Any hard information, sources, or informed speculations are welcome.

The type aircraft used would limit the number on board, 1st M. Bormann went every where with A. Hitler. 2nd H. Goering went because it was his Luftwaffe! 3rd A. Hitler body guards and if there was still room onboard some one who knew the Commander they would be visting. Others invited by A. Hitler would travel on the other Planes.I do not know this for a fact, but Commanders entourage always follow this pattern. The Germans would not be any different!

Perhaps the memories of Flugkapitaen Bauer, the trusted pilot of Hitler, could contribute some information to this question. I do not know whether this book was ever translated, but it is around in its original German Version. As a matter of fact, I always wanted to buy, but postponed. Now we could use it. Perhaps Marcus has it available?!
