I have read that the former Reichjugendfuhrer had to go through a de-nazification process, and that he was also linked to
movements that wanted to keep the flame burning.
I have also read that he ended up as a relatively sucessful businessman in South America, and also and more specifically, the
Canary Islands. He died in 96.

Thank you in advance if you can add to any of this.

Can't add much but here goes:

- claimed to be the last person to see Hitler alive

- claimed to have seen the dead body of Martin Bormann whilst escaping the bunker (probably true)

- was arrested by the Americans in December 1945, allegedly whilst trying to set up an underground Nazi group

- served a 39 month sentence for his Nazi activities

- worked as a salesman post-war

- died on 24 October 1996 in Berlin. Death and burial were kept quiet to avoid any Neo-Nazi commotion.
