The Becker i believe is Wilhelm Born Munster 3/12/1891
Died Dusseldorf 31/8/1957
Member of the Reichstag 1933-36
then a Kreisleiter,and Gauamtsleiter.
5/2/1946-12/3/1947-interned in Recklinghausen

The man with the name Wilhelm Becker could be also the Generalleutnant (Luftwaffe) Wilhelm Becker (geb. Hanau 27.10.1897, gest. Göttingen 09.01.1964).

Thanks Harmel and Andreas. Harmel's was born 1891 and the LW General in 1897. The photo was taken in 1946 which would make Harmel's about 55 and Andreas' about 49. Any guesses?

Max thanks for that re von Brauchitsch but I think that Manfred was a nephew.
It says:

Manfred von Brauchitsch was rejected for military service due to the injuries he had received during his racing career and spent the war doing paper work for a general in Berlin.
