Forced labour

Post by MarkoZ » 22 May 2017, 17:58

I am visiting my 92 year old God Father he has told me he was made to work in Berlin from 1942 until the end of the war, he was17 and lived in lodgings his lodgings were in the suburb of Kopenick
He says the factory was a half hour tram ride away towards Berlin and it made Cabling he thinks the name was Kabelowe
Can anyone on here identify the factory as I would like to see if he qualifies for a pension or one off payment. Thanks in anticipation.
