Might anyone be able to identify and provide details of Frau Otto?

Towards the end of October (1944), van WIELE states that AHRENS and HINCKFOSS received a visit from a woman whom they addressed as Frau Otto, and with whom AHRENS left for Berlin the morning after her visit. Van Wiele himself had no conversation with her, but understood from HINCKFUSS that she was one of Germany’s most prized agents, and a well-known figure in Monte Carlo, and Baden Baden. (TNA KV2/318)
