Shrine of Loyalty in Taibei

I've just come back from my 5 day trip to Taiwan during Lunar New Year's holiday. In Taibei I visited 'The Shrine of Loyalty' (忠烈祠) and had a very impressive time. Here are photos I took there.

In the Shrine of Loyalty, more than 330,000 Chinese soldiers and civilian martyrs who had fallen in the Xinhai Revolution, the Northern Expedition, the Civil Wars, the Sino-Japanese War and the Battle of the Jinmen Island are enshrined. In 2003, soldiers of the Qing Dynasty who had falled in the Chinese-French War were added to the list of the martyrs.
