Re: Did Hitler survive?
Hi Franz J,
"If....if.....if....."
Had Hitler died three weeks earlier, no doubt a full state funeral would have been organized. As it was, he died shoddily with the Red Army only a few hundred yards away. I would suggest that the hasty manner of the bodies' disposal was entirely consistent with the desperate circumstances.
Cheers,
Sid.

No! Thats the most ridiculous story yetAnyone else here think Hitler died as a result of the July 1944 assassination attempt and it was covered up ??
Re: Did Hitler survive?
This really is the most significant point in the matter. Couldn't agree more.We can also say with some authority that, even if Hitler did not die exactly as claimed, he might as well have done as he has not reappeared and he is certainly dead now.
Re: Did Hitler survive?
I'm new to the Forum, but feel a lovely new PanzerFaust projectile has hit the wall above me, showering me with concrete fragments and bullshit. Really......Did Hitler Survive the War? Among the serious discussion and evidence based discussion THIS!
Oh please.
Oh please.

I'd also be interestedlittle grey rabbit wrote:Kempowski's original source seems to have been: Franz Kuhlmann: Endkampf um den "Fuehrerbunker" in Ruhr Nachrichten, 20-26 4 1985. Does anyone have the original?

Re: Did Hitler survive?
Please, at the end of WWII, the Führer had Parkinsons Disease and was taking meth to stay up later into the night. So the possibility that he survived, with the Russians only mere blocks away from his bunker, is highly unlikely.

Re: Did Hitler survive?
Never in doubt of course he died in 1945, the Russian had his body and performed an autopsy which people seem to have ignored/forgotten

Hi Annelie,
You asked, "Can you handle the truth?" and gave us a link.
I have checked the link. Which is the particular truth in it to which you are referring?
Cheers,
Sid.

Re: Did Hitler survive?
I can handle the truth - "Hitler died in April 1945", what's there to handle ?
Re: Did Hitler survive?
Here's one quote from the attached file above that's yet to be explained, to my knowledge: "In 2009, researchers from the University of Connecticut did DNA testing on Hitler's skull [in Russian hands since May of 1945] and concluded that it belonged to a woman, between the ages of 20 and 40." While I personally have no doubt that Hitler died in the bunker on April 30, 1945 it seems to me that the Russians must have picked up a part of a skull from a female's body that had been shot in the head there in the Reichschancellery Garden and they have kept it with the sample of Hitler's dentures ever since. If DNA testing was used in 2009, then there is no doubt that the skull fragment in Russian hands could not be that of Hitler. So why don't the Russians want to admit this? Could it be that the same intention pursued by Stalin in 1945 -- namely to keep the world off-balance by insinuating that Hitler was still alive -- could be operative now, 73 years later? Just sayin...!

Re: Did Hitler survive?
Hitlers body together with that of Eva Braun, the Goebbels family and generals Krebs and Burgdorf were all kept together and moved around over a period of some years, buried re-buried. I think during this time with the reburial etc the body parts/bones were mixed up with other bodies etc over the years. Now all traces have apparently been destroyed, and we are left with a piece of skull and part of a jaw bone which probably are not that of Hitler but it doesn't mean he didn't die in April 1945. The Russians did an autopsy on all the bodies found in the bunker and published their findings. He died in April 1945 100%
I have to say I watched the three series on TV about Hitler escaping and thought the program was crap, no other words, they proved nothing and got so much wrong, one of the so-called historians mis-identified five German medals........if he can't make out an Iron Cross he's hardly in a position to speculate on Hitlers suicide !!!
