Hi Trekker and thanks for the update. I know of Mokronog negotiations, but they took place in November 1943 rather than February 1944. Maybe there was a second round in February 1944, who knows... American lieutenant (later captain) of Serbian origin George Wuchinich was the chief of American OSS intelligence mission ALUM in Slovenia from 27.11.1943 till 25.7.1944. In one of his reports he mentioned that Germans had tried twice to make an agreement with partisans but had been unsuccessful. The first time it was in Mokronog in January 1944. The second time it was end of February 1944 with the help of a professor from Ljubljana.
