Clearly this is an error(Despite his Liverpudlian relatives), but an error that seemed to have grown some legs quite a few years ago.

At the beginning of WWII Hitler visited Bruly-de-Pesche in Belgium.
It is where he had his headquarters called Wolfsschlucht 1.
There he prepared his attack to France.

And Hitler stayed twice in Belgium during WWI.

Hitler did visit Klaipėda (Memel). He gave a speech in Anike's Square. It is now a popular visiting place for foreigners. I live here in Klaipėda, that's the source of information, I guess.

Venice 1934, although I have found no photographs to support this.

According to Hitlers pilot Baur they were in:
Norway, Sweden, Yugoslavia, Russia (Saporoshe), Ukraine (Kiew) , Finland, France, Italy and in one place called "Mariopol" at the "Assow'sche Sea", wherever this may be.
Mariupol is a city in Ukraine.

There is a thread of his visit to Finland Immola AF base in 1942; http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=53384

During that visit his normal talking voice is audible ( recording ) and not his hypnotising shouting to the masses ! It is very interesting.

Hi all,

He did spend some time in Belgium and France, during World War I, but that, of course, was not of his own volition. He moved to Germany from Austria, and that is it! He did travel as a head of state before the war broke out, but his travels were very limited. He went to Italy and Norway in 1934, to Danzig and Memel. And, again, that is it. He never spent time as a normal civilian in any of the major countries of Europe.
Thanks...

Did Hitler ever step foot on English soil? I do know that Hitler had a holf brother that married an English girl which produced an English nepthew for Hitler. Just wondering!
One source, his half brothers wife Bridget (?) who was from Dublin, mentions Hitler stayed briefly in Toxteth, Liverpool. That time period links in with when he was literally a tramp in Vienna. So it is plausible that he went for help from his family. Though there doesn't seem to be any real evidence . But again that is not surprising. I visited and stayed in Madrid in 1999 and 2000, but there isn't any real evidence of that either.

Also, it is mentioned in Mein Kampf that Hitler was in awe of the British navy. Liverpool at that time would no doubt have offered a vision of awe of the UK's maritime power. Liverpool was possibly the busiest seaport in the World at the time.

But evidence is lacking .
