position civilians during German retreat of Latvia

Is there anything know about the flight of Latvian/Estonian civilians from Libau/Lipaja to Danzig/Gdansk in september 1944. Followed civilans for instance German retreating troops?
Is there anything known about de camps nearby Riga were these civilians were internated during august/september 1944?
