I'm just wondering if there is any info of German soldiers that were secretly Jewish

I don't know of any myself, but it's not impossible. Jews that didn't have the stereotypical look could sometimes get false papers in order to pass as Aryans. I would imagine any Jew with false papers would be concerned about risking exposure while in the Army, though.
