According to the AOG law of 1934, Vertrauensrat must be elected for companies with 20 or more employees. Elections were held in April 1934 and 1935, but results never published. According to the census of 1933, of the overall 3,54 mill. Betriebe in the Reich (14,5 mill. employed), just 206,000 (5,8%) (6,6 mill. employed) have more than 5, and only 24,000 (0,6%) (4,4 mill. employed) more than 50. So, the number with 20 or more must be very small, but i have no exact figures (numbers from Statistisches Jahrbuch für das deutsche Reich).

There is literature on individual firms and regions, for example

Sure the DAF keep data on this, but i'm unable to find any detailed info. Perhaps files were destroyed during the war, or deliberately. Who knows.

Any help is appreciated
