There is a video of this that can be found quite easily. I've seen it many times. She doesn't actually plant a kiss on him but does grab his opposite cheek to pull him closer. Before SS guards intervene. I'll add a link when i get to a computer and can more easily manage it. Unless someone else does it before me.
Sorry, don't know about the body guards getting fired. I would doubt it though.
