Leaders talk

This is off topic a little but thinking of Goering's talk that no one would ever bomb Berlin, or he could wipe out BEF in France, or how about the talk of suppling Stalingrad?

Well I am deeply into Jutland these days and to get the whole naval feel I have been reading up a little of the english in the early part of the war.
Churchill was quite the talker himself. He was convinced that the Navy alone could talk the Dardenelles.
Then there was Fisher who in 1912, suggested to the HRH George that the RN should ' a la Nelson' the German fleet in it's bases.

I guess this goes to show that the big talkers were in both wars. Any other good lines?
