Winter Fritz cartoon

Do we have any propaganda cartoon experts in the Forum? I've been trying to find a cartoon done by an Allied cartoonist (I'm not sure whether British, US or Soviet) titled The "Winter Fritz" that I saw in a book years ago and haven't been able to locate since. It shows a miserable landser with an icicle hanging off his nose, an outlandish hat and snow encased feet. I'd really like to find it again. Can anyone help?

I asked about this TEN YEARS AGO? Well, maybe someone who reads this now knows where to find this cartoon?

I have seen the Cartoon/Propaganda poster....it's Soviet.....and yes there is a web site. I will post the link if I can find it.

There was a rather good color book of propaganda put out about 20-25 years , that had many of these "Fritz" drawings. He was actually a fairly common character done by many artists. I can no longer move my books boxes to get into them.
