FIAT Balilla 1100 furgoncino? The wings look a little different but maybe that is just distortion caused by the shadows? If not, may I ask, is it Italian?

I think it is a 1938 Cadillac series 70. Must be custom coachwork because I can't reconcile the fenders.

Ok I think I have it now. 1937 Packard 12 limousine - Palace Square Bucharest possibly 1941. Killing me because my gut instinct was Packard.
