Hi Dima,
Interesting photo. I agree with you that is a T 981 although the photo caption says T 980. When the image is flipped properly the rectangular hole on the left of the front bumper (for the winch cable) is only seen on the 981.
I would guess the photo was taken post-war after the vehicle was converted to civilian use.
