Thanks to Mr Fibble...
British 57mm APCBC penetrated slightly more than american M86 APCBC-HE at about the same velocity because it didn't have inert explosive filler.97mm FH armor at 0 degree for british gun and 91mm for american at 1000 meters.

The name of the vehicle is the, 10.5 cm LeFH18(sf) auf Geschutzagen 39H(f), 48 Lorraine Schlper chassis were converted to caryy the 10.5 cm LeFH18. They were issued to the 8th Panzerartillerie Abt. serving in France and saw action in 1944.
