Of course, Stefan. Thought it might be harder than that.
Over to Germany this time.

I was going on the number and shape of the holes in the outer wheels, SdKfz 6 was 8 round holes and the SdKfz 8 was 8 "triangle" holes and I thought these weren't round.

sorry to say my source was an old german book called WaffenArsenal about the Halbketten,
and there was this picture labeled as Sd.Kfz 6/2
but keep in mind that there were 4 series of Sd.Kfz. 6
Typ BN L 5,Typ BN L 7,Typ BN L 8 and Typ BN L 9 which had small diferences to each other
and on some pictures it's not clearly visible if the holes are really "triangle" holes

so, my vote as the one who gave the question is: Hellas won...

Thats a Flakpanzer IV Kugelblitz AA turret with twin FlaK 103/38 guns developped from aircraft cannons. There were only five or six vehicles completed at wars end. One unfinished turret survives, IIRC.

You can see part of the other half of the turret in the bottom left of the picture, that particular ebay auction has two more pictures of the Kugelblitz and two of the Schmal Turm for the Panther F.

I was dreading you´d say that. Unfortunately my scanner is out of order, so I suggest some else continues. Perhaps Mr Alanmccoubrey?

Since he also gave a correct answer, I don't see a reason why not. Unless you want to fish a question out of the web pond, that is.
