Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Uncle,
The radiator looks similar to a 1920's era Magirus. Is it a Magirus-Deutz?

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hello Markus,
Citroen C6 of around 1932? I think the diagonal strips are part of the "meshing gears" as featured on Citroen logos, but moved about a bit.
Cheers,
Kerry.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Excellent Kerry,
My theory is an aftermarket mesh grille upgrade using old insignia creatively: a promotion from corporal's chevrons to sergeant's stripes and to diagonal "six" from horizontal.
Over to you,
Markus

Hi Max,
I should know better than to try to puzzle you, or any of the other contributors, but I had hoped it would take a little longer......Ten minutes!
Well done, you have control,
Cheers,
Kerry.

Hi Kerry,
Thanks. That nose is unmistakable even when well hidden. Nice photo of a pretty rare car in Europe. Now to keep the quiz moving along smartly what is this car shown here wearing a ghillie suit?

Hello Max,
Is it an Opel Olympia OL38? The bumper looks a little odd, but most other features fit.
Cheers,
Kerry.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Kerry,
Very good! I'll buy that. Actually I was thinking Kadette K38 but they look identical under all that foliage, except for the bonnet length which is hard to judge.Taking a good hard look, I think you are right.
Go ahead with the next turn.

Thank you Max,
Here is my next one, I do not expect it to be too much of a test, but it is very common styling of it's time.
Good hunting,
Kerry.
