At least it would be more at home in the Allied & Neutral Armies quiz thread.

Thanks Markus, but if it is Swedish then "Not in the war at all." is more accurate

Thanks Juha-Pekka,

New subject: Tractor make and use of the combination please (Source eBay.de).

Markus

P.S. Well Alan,

I did put war in parentheses; Considered using the word beredskapstid but except for Bill few non-Scandic members would probably get the context.

Well, Markus:

Not to be too much of a "Know it All", but I did know the Swedish vehicle but as all of us do from time to time, I thought it was better to let others take a shot at the question.

Now, regarding the latest quiz photo, I am on the other side, lost........

I believe it is French and I also think it is a Latil truck but I have not found any photos to either verify my choice or to come up with another answer.

I hope someone with better references or a better memory can prove me correct or not.

Hi Bill,

Latil is correct, in fact a

Latil M2 TL6-Aerazur

Which I believe is a mobile photgraphic laboratory, used in connection with mobile troops and the air force.

Hi all,

A Latil photographic van in air force use it is; Quite possibly a M2 TL6 although the photo in The Observer's Army Vehicles Directory to 1940 by Vanderveen shows a more martial front and different trailer. IIRC according to the seller this Beute was a Luftwaffen-Propaganda-Kompanie Lichtbildstelle.

Since Steve connected all the dots; Over to Australia.

Hi,

Hope this is not too off the official topic, but please ID the trailer and general type of boat.

Cheers

Say Sonderanhänger 13 (the only German boat trailer I know) and Motorboot 28 or 41, dunno the type.

Hi Markus,

Good thing it is the only boat trailer you know - because it is a Sd. Anh. 13. I'm not entirely sure of the boat type either, Motorboot will do for me, unless someone knows the exact type...

Over to you.

Cheers
