Well, my question here.

GAZ-64 predecessor of GAZ-67. It was prewar (1941) design and production was discontinued in mid 1942 (646 produced between march of 1941 and summer 1942) as chassis was urgently needed for BA-64 armored cars and was reinstated as improved (wider wheelbase) and simplified GAZ-67 in september 1943

that´s a vehicle of the 7th armored infantry company on APC (armored personnel carriers) of the armored infantry regiment 103 or 108 of the 14th Panzerdivision.
