The lights on stalks make me think TA9 Diane? But, if so, I think valpatrak deserves control, he missed by a whisker. (Then again, if I am wrong I have no right to say anything!!!)

i ll look it up this afternoon but i believe from memory that the TA9 from Bert is a 1937
and the b/w photo from Bert is a TA11 from 1939
that s why it is a completely different grille
