Hi Bert,
No excuse necessary. Accuracy and precision are what this Forum is all about. Besides, I enjoy the challenge.
Here's a new question, marque, model and ca.?

Hi Rich,
It does bear a resemblance, but sorry it's not a Hotchkiss.

Hi Max,
How about a Talbot-Lago T23 "Baby"? Somewhere around 1937?
Cheers,
Kerry.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Kerry,
BINGO! At least that's what I was thinking. It may be the smaller engined T15 or T17 but the T23 is certainly a good bet. Good job and Please go ahead with the quiz.

Hi Kerry,
No problem. I have noticed through the years that you get all your quizzes from your personal collection. I think that is unique here. Fair play to you, sir!

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Thank you Max, here is one a little bit unusual. A real old-timer, but still in service in 1940.
Good hunting,
Kerry.

Hi Max,
Absolutely spot-on, I thought it being a WW1 type might make it more difficult, but you saw through that!
Well done, over to you.
Cheers,
Kerry.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Thanks Kerry,
I'm usually not much into old timers but the FWD was a very interesting vehicle, and those cutouts on the sides of the radiator shell made it highly recognizable. FWD actually stands for "Four Wheel Drive" which you can tell from the pics. Like you, I'm surprised that the French still had some in service 20 years on, but then again we've seen some beute Liberty Trucks as well, right?
Now back to WWII. This one is pretty well covered but offers enough clues to make a positive ID. Good Luck!
