It looks like a FIAT-SPA TL.37 with an enclosed cab, which I believe was designated AS.37:

it could be a captured Italian OM "Taurus" with a wood gas generator.

I think it's a Saurer. From the wheels I'll guess maybe a 5 BTDv.

From this cropped pic they are hard to differentiate, at least for me. Maybe a Type 4 BRDv?
