Hi Santista,
Well done, the Praga RN made under license in Yugoslavia with a different cab and bonnet vents.
Please carry on with the quiz.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi uncle,
Do you have a pic of a White CA? I looked at both White and International COE's which have some similarities but differ in detail. The wheels are not American in any case.

Hi Max.
there's no direct match, that's my guess.
But what will Santista say?

Hi uncle,
That's pretty close but..??
Anyway the wheels look similar, never seen them before on an American truck. But put a European cab on the chassis and you may have it. Thanks.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Anybody want to jump start this? It's getting a little tiresome waiting a month for an answer.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi everyone.
Okay, I'll step back a bit from my AWD tradition and start with the now little-studied Belgian trucks.
Here's my move: exact model name and year of creation?

And where do you tell that it is labeled as Bovy-Pipe? On the radiator there is an inscription - Brossel.Dirk Peeters1 wrote: ↑28 Sep 2020, 08:28little studied you may say . i have not much in my archive for Brossel Freres it s very confusing and you have Brossels that are labelled as Bovy Pipe .... im curious maybe here we can find some answers
Bovy-Pipe produced trucks up to 3 tons of carrying capacity, and this is 6 tons.
P.S: Dirk, a PM message has been waiting for you for a long time.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Andry,
with the help of You and Dirk I would say it could be a Brossel T 100 D from the year 1931.

Bert

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Bert,
the answer is wrong.
The model you listed is a diesel powered tractor unit. And diesel engines have been produced at Brossel since 1935.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
hello Vrill and where do you tell that it is labeled as Bovy-Pipe? On the radiator there is an inscription - Brossel. that is correct but Brossel bought Boy , bovy before bought Pipe , so Brossels can be found with the logo Bovy pipe (as brossels , but we find original Bovy pipes not connected with brossel , on your truck photo it is labelled Brossel freres
Bovy-Pipe produced trucks up to 3 tons of carrying capacity, and this is 6 tons. yes no problem for me
P.S: Dirk, a PM message has been waiting for you for a long time. sorry i can t open since long my old account so can t read personnal messages i ve contacted several times to solve it , nothing helps , so send me the new PM on the new account please
