Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hello Bert and Max,
Many pictures of the Hanomag 4-20 and 4-23 three seater and my thanks for the same.
I find that the significant difference between the two types is noticeable in the line of curvature of the front mudguards - ie where the mudguards curve down and to the rear. The 4-20 has a rounded line and the 4-23 has a somewhat straighter profile.
Again, my thanks to you both.
Regards, Rob.

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Not at all, Rob. Sorry to have drifted a little off topic from the quiz, but I learned a few things along the way and as always enjoy the discussion with you and Bert.
Cheers,
Max

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
The quiz car looks to be a "Street legal" version of this Le Mans race car. All I'm looking for is the Marque, nothing more, nothing less.

Another clue: A road car of the same marque and year. Note the family resemblance.

Hi Max,
excuse me,please, that I interrupt Your quiz question. But I have found another good pic of a Hanomag type 4/23 with two more significant differences between the two types 4/20 and 4/23 except the line of curvature of the front mudguards: the diagonal slits and front of the motor hood.
Best regards
Bert

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Since nobody has identified the Talbot-Lago of the last question, I think it's time to move on to a new one. Who can provide the Marque and Type of this Polizei lorry?
Cheers,
Max

Re: Axis Non-Armored Vehicles quiz
Hi Max,
could that be a Mercedes-Benz, maybe the type Lo/L 2000 or Lo/L 2500?
Best regards

Hi Max,

Hi Max,
It looks much like a Rosengart, perhaps LR4 N2?
Happy New Year to you and all on the forum,
Kerry.
