Hi Raúl,

to the wagons on Your pics: I don´t know this type of wagon on pic 1 and 2. The wagons on pic 3 could be the so called "Pleskau II", drawn by two horses.

Happy New Year to all,
I have looked through this whole log now and I don't seem to have seen any pics at all showing the Artillery Limber type 18/40. The last type that was much lighter and designed to accompany the lighter versions of the LeFH18/40 either in horse drawn or vehicle towed modes.
Any ideas? These were very numerous throughout the Wehrmacht so I am curious why so few pics seem to exist?

Hi J. Rutman.

sorry for my late answer. I could find pics of this limber for the light field howitzer 18/40.
First pic: "Bespannte Fahrzeuge des deutschen Herres" by Wolfgang Fleischer (behind the wheel You can see the abbreviation l.F.H. 18/40).
Second pic: "Das Buch der Artillerie 1939 - 1945" by Joachim Engelmann (here R.S.O. with the limbers and the light field howitzers 18/40
Third pic: "Deutsche Infanteriekarren, Heeresfeldwagen und Heeresschlitten" by Wolfgang Fleischer.
