Bert,
I think that it's the Italian Carro Armato P26/40.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
My thanks, Bert.
Here's my offering. A couple of prototypes were built but the design went no further.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
Hi Rob
I think it's a prototype of an Italian one man tank.
Ansaldo Mias/Mora from 1935.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
You're quite right, Armin. I cropped the picture in an attempt to lose the head of the pick-axe and make the vehicle a bit more difficult to identify.
Well done and over to you.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
Hi all
here my next question. Please forgive me but I'm not 100% sure
if this vehicle fits in here. I'll post it anyway since it is pretty rare
and I do not know many pictures of it.
So what kind of vehicle is it and what is its purpose?
Regards
Armin

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
It looks like a 7,5 cm Pak 40 mounted on a PzKpfw 38 (t).
Thank you for this very interesting conversion that I haven't seen before.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
Could be a Marder III ausf H without the armored superstructure. A cleaner closer pic would be great. I think this photo is from a series of photos in one of the Canfora books.

Re: Axis Armored Vehicles Quiz
The platform is one of the versions of Pz.Kpfw. 38 (t), but which one? It´s not Marder III.
And, yes photo is from Canfora book, respectively from one of the authors.
