Ivan,
With a quick look, picture 1 is a Simca 8, picture 4 is a Steyr 220, I think. I will look at the rest,
Kerry.

Thanks very much, shamirnewell! I was just looking at some pics of Simca 8 / NSU Fiat 1100 / Fiat 508 C wondering which is it. Would Kerry agree it's NSU Fiat 1100?

Ivan,
To the best of my memory, the NSU-Fiat had doors hinged from the rear with a large handle to the front. It is possible that it is one of the Fiat 508C Balila 1100 imported into Germany, but I go with the French Simca licence-built Balila,
Kerry.

Kerry is correct on the Simca/Fiat. The NSU Fiat had rear hinged doors.

Whan it comes to cars I'm almost an ignorant but I also think No.1 is Simca 8. It is the only one with marker lights on the front fenders, no such feature on the original 508/1100 Fiat and NSU-Fiat 1100 cars. And yes, NSU was with "suicide doors".
Cheers!

Thank you, gentlemen, you are beyond all expectations!

I agree about Simca 8 too, I've looked closely and compared the various variants for the past half an hour.

So, the list so far:

1) Simca 8
2) ? (is it Daimler Benz 170 V?)
3) Opel Kapitän
4) Steyr 220
5) Ford V8-G81A
6) Opel Super 6
7) ? (is it a BMW?)

Thanks for helping,
Ivan

Thank you, Luftflotte2. Judging by the headlights position, and the other visible details, this might be the match http://www.kfzderwehrmacht.de/Homepage_ ... w_321.html

Any opinions / other options?

I believe it to be consistent with either the 320,321, or 326 models by BMW. Not enough of car number 7 is visible for me any more definitive in my opinion.

Thanks for the discussion on Fiat/Simca/NSU-Fiat. Very informative.

Thanks for posting the pics.

No, thank you! All of you.

But what about the "car 2", it doesn't seem it's Daimler Benz 170 V, although there are many similarities (or am I missing something?)
