Not a true sleeper cab but a vehicle with a sleeper type cab extended for crew. GMC AFWX 354.

Used by French, British, Russia and Germany(beute).

Hi Dima,

on Holger´s site http://www.kfzderwehrmacht.de there is a pic of a semi-trailer unit and a Mercedes-Benz tractor type LZ 8000 also with a crew cab, not with a sleeper cab.
